Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) - a plant-derived material - making Alvika Support suitable for vegetarians.

How to use
Take one capsule per day, preferably in the morning with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Simply continue the following day as normal. Do not take two capsules to make up for a missed dose.
