These Terms of Use govern your use of the Refreshearthnatu website and your purchase of Alvika Support from Kahoana Wellness Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN 9429050123847), 14 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland 1010.

1. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that infringes the rights of others, that is unlawful, or that could damage, disable or overburden our systems. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Order and sale conditions

To place an order, complete the order form with your name and phone number. Submitting the form constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. A binding contract is formed when our team calls to confirm your order and you verbally agree to proceed.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. The price displayed at the time of your confirmation call is the price you pay. Payment is made to the courier on delivery by cash or eftpos - no online payment is required. You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before dispatch by informing us during the confirmation call or by contacting us by email.

3. Limitation of liability and supplement disclaimer

Alvika Support is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.

To the extent permitted by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ), our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or purchase of Alvika Support is limited to the purchase price of the product.
